Pretty Little Liars is my favorite TV show, ever! Seriously, It's like, I'm hanging out with my nerdy friends, and they're like, "Have you seen Doctor Who yet?" and I'm like, "No, I don't watch that show." and they're like, "Then what do you watch?" and I'm like, "Pretty Little Liars". I also know a lot of facts about Pretty Little Liars, some you might not even know about. So here are the top ten things you didn't know about PLL.

10. A "NOVEL" BEGINNING

Some people already know this. PLL was originally a series of books written by author Sara Shepard. The plot is almost the same. A group of friends grow apart after their friend Alison goes missing. Three years later, they start getting cryptic messages from someone called A. Things only get worse when Alison's body is discovered, now they have to find out who A is before things get deadly. 

9. ASHLEY BENSON CHOSE THE THEME SONG

The theme song, which is Secrets by The Pierces, was chosen by none other than Hanna herself. “It’s just so spooky and eerie, and it’s perfect for the show,” she said. 

8. ROSEWOOD IS REAL

Well, sort of. There is a place in Pennsylvania called Rosemont, which is the inspiration for the town in Pretty Little Liars. In the books, Rosewood is a country glam city full of cornfields and barns, and It's inhabitants are all mostly wealthy. In the show, it's more of an average middle class town. 

7.  BEGIN AGAINS

The song played in Ali's funeral is called Begin Again by Measure. The song played when Alison returns to school is also called Begin Again by Rachel Platten, who also sang and wrote Fight Song, which is going to be featured in Supergirl. 

6. NEAR ELLEN

The lot where PLL films in the WB lot, which is right next to Ellen Degeneres' studio. I wonder if Ellen is A?

5. HIGH MAINTENANCE

PLL is one of the most Tweeted shows on the air. It has a crazy big fanbase that's almost as big as Walking Dead's, and It's more popular than Vampire Diaries, Gossip Girl, Supernatural, Beverly Hills 90210 and every other CW show, but that's just me. 

4. YOU GET THE WHOLE PACKAGE WITH NOEL KAHN

Yes, you do. But the actor who plays Noel almost got to play Ezra. Imagine how that would've been like.

3. MISS ARIA, YOU'RE A KILLER

Did you know that Lucy Hale was the first person to be cast on the show. They offered her a job and let her chose who she wanted to play, and she ended up choosing Aria.

2.  SHARING A TOWN

The town of Rosewood is the same town used in Gilmore Girls. Mind Blown.

When they filmed the pilot for PLL, Actress Sasha Pieterse was only 12 years old! She wasn't even a teenager yet!
